Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 6 days will result in loss of the security deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable. Please note: Game Truck and Bounce Houses have a 15 minute delivery guarantee. We’re committed to ensuring your rental is delivered within 15 minutes of your party.
